Excellent because during my day till the day of my treatment, I was well welcome, well respect, well treated. All staff was very friendly and very nice. I would like to stay thank you to every member of staff for the help and support.

I had my first proceedure cancelled on the way to the appointment which was quite stressful. This was due to my medical records not being looked at properly prior to the appointment. Although the follow on from this was stressful & upsetting my concerns were dealt with sympatheticaly & in a timely manner once I made you aware of the issue so I am happy with the outcome of my initial complaint. All you staff from the original nurse in you Preston location, to the staff in Manchester & everyone on the phone have been fantastic. Thank you.
